Time frame depends on schedule- would like a month but can do rush orders in 1-2 weeks.

If item is a present, wrapping is available just ask!
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are something that is bound to happen from time to time but they are no fun and expensive so we work hard to eliminate the chances. Help us out by reading each product description very carefully as we describe details on each hand crafted product. We also love to have you call or email us with any additional product and sizing questions you may have ahead of time and are happy to provide any additional photos you may want or need. With these two processes we are able to reduce the number of returns - which saves everyone time and money.
I DO NOT accept cancellations on custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Items may be returned for a Refund based on the following:
- Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, stain free.
- All sales of merchandise that has been marked down are FINAL and ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Email within 5 days of delivery and Merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number. Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.
- shipping charges are non- refundable
- Casey Curtis Designs is NOT responsible for return shipping charges
